Are Quora moderators mostly radical Muslims?

Quora Moderators- and Quora, in general- are Liberals.
As such, they have less regard for Free Speech or logical consistency than even the most foam-mouthed ulema in raqqa. The reason for this is simple. Islam, or for that matter- any long-lasting socio-political ideology- are internally consistent world-views drawing their vibrancy from pre-defined a-human or rather a-social norms which they uphold as absolute. This does two things:-
1- Define morality as a facet of supra-human beliefs that thus dissociate it from changing socio-economic milieu and,
2- Prevent Society from collapsing into a cesspit which promotes the least common good- and thus, what economists may well call the Meta-Physical Tragedy of the Commons, and the neo-reactionaries, Bioleninism.
These two are also some of the few reasons that led Theologians like Udayana to reject Atheism as absurd- or in this case, detrimental to the long-term survival of societies- millennia ago. Certain Hindu Nationalists do not understand this, and thus peddle absurdities like “Hindu Atheism” or “Real Liberalism”. They are incorrect. Liberalism is far more insidious, irrational, subversive, and in a word- Adharmic than any school of Radical Islam. But that’s another story.
To quote Tarek Fatah (whom I often don’t agree with BTW; I’m also roughly translating this from Urdu which I have no more than a passing familiarity with so there might be certain lacunae in the translation)-
These fake Liberals are hypocrites and, at heart, cowards since they know that while criticizing Islam will get them murdered like in France (the CH murders), the opposite can fetch them substantial rewards in the West and India.
-Tarek Fatah
As Arshad Alam stressed upon it:-
This peculiar logic (of Liberalism) has given rise to a very hypocritical stance on right to freedom of speech where standards for both communities are different. The practice of the Liberals and Left has created a situation where the average Muslim believes that they are beyond political practices like freedom of expression. It is almost as if they have a right to offend everyone but they cannot be criticised by anyone.
-Arshad Alam
So what is this “peculiar logic”? In general, it is defined- though not in Tarek Fatah’s own words though he has presented similar arguments in the past, as far as I know- as Auster’s First Law.
Once the equality of all human groups is accepted as a given, any facts that make a minority or foreign group seem worse than the majority native group must be either covered up or blamed on the majority.”
A cohesive social class that can fend for itself will always be inimical to the form of group dynamics that encourage the promotion of base-level equability which is the hallmark of Liberalism in general and Quora in particular.
At which point, the onus of maintaining a certain level of societal acceptability trumps any assertion of Reality. It is, for this reason, that Liberals both on Quora and IRL will gleefully tear into any Hindu, like OP, or moderate Muslim who dares oppose whom Fatah described as the Dogs of Murder. In pursuit of this, Liberals will go to any lengths of doublespeak and hypocrisy which, in my personal experience, include:-
1- Collapsing Posts on account of “violation of Image Policy” because they took offence to the text upon the image of a Coin.
2- Collapsing posts on account of “Answer should be in English” because I’d quoted a Sanskrit Shloka whose translation I’d given in the very next line.
3- Collapsing posts on account of “Violation of BNBR” because I quoted certain lines by a 15th Century Oriya general which, in modern times, will be branded “Islamophobic”.
And many more. Which is just further proof of what I said. Do what you will. If you’re not Liberal, you’ll be hated by Liberals. Even ISIS was more tolerant to out-group cohorts.
This, if anything, appears to be at the heart of OP’s grouse against Quora moderation.
